Man-made Disaster

Chemicals or particles in the air that can harm the health of humans, animals, and plants are examples of air pollution. It also causes structural damage. Pollution enters the Earth's atmosphere through a variety of pathways. The majority of air pollution is caused by humans, in the form of emissions from factories, cars, planes, or aerosol cans. Secondhand cigarette smoke is also considered pollution of the environment.

A pandemic is an outbreak of an infectious illness that has spread over a wide area, such as several continents or the entire world, and is affecting a sizable number of people. A pandemic is not a broad endemic illness with a stable affected population.

Bomb Explosions produce both immediate and delayed destructive effects. The delayed effects, such as radioactive fallout and other environmental effects, inflict damage over an extended period ranging from hours to years.

In order to advance political or ideological beliefs, terrorism aims to intimidate or coerce societies or governments. These assaults could occur anywhere, at any time, and they could take many different forms. Fear is the lifeblood of terrorism.

Gas leaks tend to be some of the most dangerous disasters, because they seem innocuous until it’s too late. Gas can directly and indirectly poison people and the environment — spreading rapidly, being unobserved, potentially igniting, causing death. Unfortunately, gas leaks are preventable man-made disasters that stem from the world’s expanding reliance on gas. These disasters have resulted in an egregious amount of deaths.

A significant incident that involves hazardous chemicals and has potential effects on the local community and environment is an industrial accident. Depending on the types of products involved, the accident may manifest as a fire, an explosion, or the release of radioactive or hazardous substances.
